Which is THE REBEL?

it says " remember, in the rebel we see the results show up." what does it mean by "the rebel"?

It should be REPL which is pronounced similarly to rebel. A general description is here and the Python specific one is here. It's basically the environment you see under Console in the video (after entering python at the prompt) that allows you to enter and process Python code

its not REBEL its REPL which stands for read evaluate print loop , which is at the bottom of editor .
