This covers several things so it depends where you want to start...

for tracks to look into first

1) Beginner Android Development 2) Web Design, followed by Front End Web Development - this will walk you thru HTML, CSS and JavaScript 3) Learn Python - this would be for playing with your Raspberry Pi

thanks! 1)web design first then front end web development?? both of those tracks will teach me html, css and javascript?? 2)so learn last python??

No, I just mentioned the various tracks you will need to learn everything you want to do.

It depends what you are most interested in. However for specifically web design you will want to start with the Web Design track and then the Front End Web Design Track.

Web Design will teach you HTML and CSS. HTML is like the building blocks of a home and CSS is what makes that look the way it does; it beautifies those blocks. Front End Web Design will teach you JavaScript which allows you to do dynamic tasks and have control over objects on your web page.

oooh ok i get it. there is no exact order, just where im most interested, thanks im from puerto rico, my english is good, but damn learning this is hard, but i dont want to give up, coding and the internet is the future and future jobs, i dont want to be left out. im sorry if i ask to much in this area but it always has interested me and now im going to go full in on this, thanks for the help

No worries. Coding may not be easy at first but, once you get started, you will build a foundation of knowledge and find that various languages have similarities which will make learning them easier.
