which programming languages do i need to learn to make an animated video & from where do i get started

please guess me some open source tools

Hi Moses if you want to make animation videos I would suggest looking at Adobe After Effects, this isn't a programming language though, it's a software programme, I use it myself from time to time when I want to make animations, it does cost but you can get a free trial to get a feel for it: http://www.adobe.com/ie/products/aftereffects.html
