which template tag let's you echo out the title of a post or page

I've watched the videos twice and still can't find the answer!

Hi,

The answer is 'the_title'.

You can see this in the Template Tags video at the 3:36 mark.

It's also listed in the Codex if you'd like to read any more on it.
