Which tutorial to start using FOUNDATION should I take?

I've taken, html, css and some JS courses here.

I'm looking to start using FOUNDATION, which tutorial/course should I take to move 1 step forward through the front end web-develpment?

Framework Basics covers prototyping and building websites with the Foundation framework, as well as Bootstrap.
