Why am i getting this error message:

TreeStory.java:14: error: incompatible types: String cannot be converted to boolean
String adjective = console.readline("Enter an adjective: ");

1 Answer

Capital L required in readLine(), perhaps?

The readline word must refer to something to do with Booleans. No idea what!

Steve.

Thanks Steve, I was pulling my hair out then trying to figure this out.

No problem! It is always the little issues like that which are the hardest to spot.
