why "ApplicationUser.cs" is not in Model class list?

Hello I'm having a problem when I try to create a controller. whenever I click on "MVC controller views, using Entity Framework" option and try to add a "Model class" called ApplicationUser I can't, becouse it's not in the list, what can I do?... I've been told from a tutor to type this in my powershell: dotnet aspnet-codegenerator controller -name UsuariosController -m ApplicationUser -dc ApplicationDbContext --relativeFolderPath Controllers --useDefaultLayout --referenceScriptLibraries but that just returns a method not found in powershell screen, what can I do? Pd: I'm using .Net Core 2.0

the project had some libreries lost when trying to update a nugget-package so I made another one and run the code in powershell and it worked.
