Why are files names case sensitive? When I run node on other machines they are not.

$ node forloops.js and $ node forLoops.js should both run. Only $node forLoops.js runs

Case sensitivity in file names depends on the operating system. Windows, for example, is not case sensitive so your example should work there as you expect. But Linux (such as used in the workspace) is case sensitive, so changing case would refer to a different file (if one exists).
