Why are some of the projects outdated?

The crystal ball app it made with Xcode 5 and iOS 7, while the blog reader and self destructing message app was made in Xcode 4 and iOS 6. Are they updating from the beginning and updating blog reader next or... Also, when will the others be updated?

This is something I've been afraid to confront. It's understandable that they use Xcode 4 in some projects since they were obviously filmed prior to the new release. I haven't gotten to the iOS track yet but I was afraid it would be like this when I did, an sure enough you're confirming it. There might not be too much of a benefit to redoing the same projects in a Xcode 5 though. I assume the main differences are xibs and storyboards, which can easily be done in Xcode 5 as well. I realize it is hard to follow along when it is a different interface. Are you actually getting stuck somewhere?

No, I'm not getting stuck anywhere, but it just looks different and sometimes the auto-generated files have more code than the ones in the video, and I sometimes have to delete it or change it.
