Why are Team Treehouse so slow at releasing new courses?

I've noticed that Team Treehouse seem to be really lacking in new technologies as of recent. Treehouse used to be my one stop shop for Web Development courses however now I have to use some less professional courses online like Udemy. We are missing some really fundamental courses on here such as React JS, Laravel 5, Angular 2 and not to mention Meteor JS which is an amazing platform for developers BTW. When will Treehouse pick up the pace and get some of these courses rolled out?

I'm just worried because Treehouse is such a great resource however they seem to be taking a very long time to roll new courses out.

Thanks

Different providers differ on models. some are high frequency, low quality. The more trimmings you get in the way on animations, interactive elements etc, the slower courses will tend to be produced. I've wondered this myself. Some tracks seem a smidge light and could benefit from some rapid improvement. I'd be curious about the economics of treehouse, and on what basis teachers are hired (i assume some are at best part time ).

The model also means they'd be likely to target high volume topics and skew towards being introductory. I'm unsurprised about the lack of laravel - it seems to have a lot of versions, and i'm pretty sure they rolled back some features in minor versions. It'll probably show up once it's matured enough that versions are minor improvements.
