Why are we learning HTML like this?
Why are we not learning from the basics instead of starting off by looking at this confusing code

This is pretty basic. This video teaches u about anchor tags <a></a>. So the best way is to focus only on this tag, and try to ignore the other code that u don't understand for now. Also the best way to learn something is by doing it yourself, so try to follow along with the workspaces. Also try to check out the resources in the teacher's notes, they can be very usefull.
This is too basic. I feel that am going to get through this course very soon! which is good because then i can start building bigger projects.
Paul's right. This is basic. If you want something more of an overview or more introductory before coming back to this; I suggest switching to and finishing the Digital Literacy track first.
