Why are we using specific versions of express and morgan?

I noticed that in this courses the teacher installs specific versions of express and morgan , I though it was a good practice to install the latest versions of modules when using them

When following lectures/tutorials, it's good to install the same version they're using, in case of later breaking changes (e.g. Angular 1.x vs Angular 2.x).

By installing the same versions, you'll less likely run into problems.
