Your problem is with this selection:

You have this selection done properly above the faulty version shown here, but this is a duplicate section that should be removed. The syntax is wrong and CSS is waiting for a closing quote (") and will continue evaluating any code that follows as part of the same statement until it finds that closing quote. As such, all your CSS definitions below that will not work.
