why bummer error for this

this code gives the desired out put but i am getting error

suggestinator.py
def suggest(product_idea):
   if len(product_idea) < 3 :
      raise ValueError(" product_idea is less than 3 characters long")
   return str(product_idea + "inator")
try:
   t=str(input("type idea here: ")) 
except vlaueError as err:
   print("not good idea")

You are doing waaaaaaay more than asked in the challenge.

The challenge tells you to raise an exception the lenght of product_ideas is greater than 3 - that's all

# this is all you need from your code to pass the challenge
