5,902 PointsWhy can't I share my badges on social media? Facebook, Twitter etc?
Wouldn't it be great if Treehouse had a automatic function for sharing your badge every time you achieved a new badge so people could see it on facebook, twitter and you would still have the option "Do not shear badge" <br> "Poul just achieved +6 points in HTML"
Learn HTML at teamtreehouse.com
and there would be a image of the badge with link to treehouse. It would really great marketing for treehouse.
What your opinion?

Treehouse TeacherAfter stage completion at the bottom of the popup screen that is generated, there are links to Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ that allow you to announce your new badge and invite your friend to join Treehouse. It is underneath the "Want a free account" statement. The next time you get a badge take a look at it!
Happy coding,
Ken

5,902 PointsThanks for your answer and i totally agree with you. I don't understand why anyone at treehouse haven't already made this function I would totally love to share my badge on Facebook and twitter but i can't. Everybody is sharing all kind of junk in on social media and why haven't Treehouse already made this.
I have seen this word "organic" in SEO, does this have anything to do with it? maybe TreeHouse won't be a spam factory on Facebook and won't be lost in all kind of social media junk. or maybe they simply haven't thought of this function yet

64,262 PointsI feel like it's unlikely TeamTreeHouse hasn't thought of this, but perhaps there are agreements that must be made with Facebook in regards to user data or privacy that the team here found unsavory; or perhaps you're right that they just don't want to be a spam factory.
