Why can't I view this since I have signed up for a membership for $25 after my trial period?

Are most of these classes offered for pro membership only? If so, they should state this before you try joining treehouse.

this makes no sense especially during the trial period, since both subscriptions come with a 'free' week

Not most, but about 1/3 of the courses in this category are marked "Pro".

If you look in the library listing, the courses requiring "Pro" access should be clearly marked as such.
