iOS Enumerations and Optionals in Swift Objects and Optionals Optional Chaining

why check all values?

I don't understand why he is checking all the values when all Pasan says he is interested in is the building number? Changing their values to nil does not change the outcome. Why not just check to see if their is a building number only?

Because all the values are optionals, so you need to unwrap all of them before get the number casted to Int.
