Why did he start with a capital letter on these constants?

Why were these constants named with camel-casing (and the first letter lowercase)?

public let MissingHTTPResponseError: Int = 10 public let UnexpectedResponseError: Int = 20

My understanding is that variables and constants are declared using camel-casing, first letter lowercase.
