Why do we have to write PezDinsper dispenser = new? Can't we just get the character name when we instantiate the class?

PezDispenser dispenser = new PezDispenser(); In the above code we instantiate the PezDispenser class into our code if I am not mistaken.. So why in the class are we doing the same thing? Ex below: PezDispenser dispenser = new
