why are we writing everything manually?, I mean when we transfer or download a song it goes straight into the music library, I want to learn how to make a real music library not a dummy. somebody please explain it to me.

The tutorials are setup so you can follow along and understand how everything works - that's the idea behind writing everything out line by line. Once you understand the basics you can start customizing your project however you like. I haven't gone through this specific track, but I what I normally do it go through the track I'm interested in and use it as a template.
