Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 23,565 PointsIt's actually very easy to cancel your paid account. Go to your Account Settings and then Membership. You will find the option to cancel there.

32 PointsI signed up to see how this site is working 1 time . you did not gave any chance to extend manually or inform me after free trail . You automatically charged me and and extend i got invoce and was shocked that i have never used this side even i forget my registration in this site . It is 1 hourse i searching telphone number for speak any human . Return my money back please . I have never see so unprofessional company .!!!!!!

7,245 PointsThis is actually pretty standard in the industry. You sign up and get a free month, you provide a credit card. If you don't cancel before the month is over they assume that you want to continue and start charging you for the subscription that you signed up for. They even tell you this during the registration procedure. It is not unprofessional it is par for the course. If you want your money returned don't complain in the forums, you need to contact them via email.
