why does 3.3125 em does not work?

53/16= 3.1325 therefore it should work, but it does not

the space is not the problem here, you can type h2{} or h2 {}. the problem here is syntax

you typed

font-size:3.3125em:

should be 

font-size:3.3125em;

you used : instead of ;
