Why does chrome present the objects' properties and values in reverse?

In chrome its presented like this:

inoffice: false name: "Aimee"

But in the employees.json files it's:

"name": "Aimee", "inoffice": false

Why?

It appears others are concerned about this, too, calling it a bug: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/v8/issues/detail?id=164
