Why does launching WorkSpace sometimes take so long?

So this happens from time to time, but in certain times, I just can't launch my WorkSpace, it just kept running, Is there any way I can fix this? Thank you.

Hi Yueh Che! It might be hard to know without trying to troubleshoot at the time that you're experiencing any issues. Our servers for the Workspaces are based only in the U.S. at this time, so if you're outside the country, that could be why. It may also be due to bandwidth on your network in your local area that can sometimes bog things down. There are a variety of factors to say for sure.

If this does happen again, we'd recommend sending us an email at help@teamtreehouse.com along with a link to your Workspace with the ID number, and we can test it at that time.
