Why does the className = 'responded' put a blue highlight on the list item? I don't understand.

Looks like adding a className is having an effect on the CSS, which is something I don't get. Am I missing something?

If you hover over the rules in the css of the workspace you can see the rgb color (88, 183, 205) is blue
