why does the letter f in elif have a SyntaxError?

Is anyone else having this issue?

It's probably not the letter "f" itself. Please show the whole code and we can probably help spot the cause. To share the entire project without pasting in and formatting, make a snapshot of your workspace and post just the link to it here.
