Why doesn't it look straight?

So I am building the IOS app Crystal Ball, and every time I run the program 2 things are annoying me, and I can't figure out what it is. 1. In the video a picture of an iPhone comes up, and the app is displayed inside of it, and 2. The lineament isnt straight. I have done everything in my power to make it straight, and all the numbers are correct, but when I run the program it just doesn't look straight. Its all to the left!!

If someone could help me, that would be amazing! Thank you so much!
