Why doesn't localhost/localwp.dev/wp-login.php work?

Everything was fine up until we clicked off on it all and were expected to login. I get a page not working error. I have tried rewriting locations in the browser bar and nothing works. Added other files and extensions, ports etc and nothing loads. MAMP > My Website > localwp.dev > site pops up. Everything works fine. Go to click on "Log In" and then all files point to nowhere. However all the other links work. I can click around in the Categories, Archives, Mr. Wordpress etc.
