CSS CSS Basics (2014) Basic Layout box-sizing and max-width

Why doesn't my page dynamically change size?

When I make the window for my code smaller, none of the elements dynamically change their size and become smaller.

Here is a snapshot of my code:

You need to add media queries in your css to change style of the element when screen has certain width.

Responsive layout This is the course that teaches how to write code that gives elements new style according to screen width. (I think you have not gotten that far in Front End track)So when you make window smaller, elements can get smaller, font-size will decrease and so on. Tell me if you want to know anything else.
