I realize what they're probably looking for is "Agency", but isn't "Freelance" also true?

By definition a company can mean "a number of individuals assembled or associated together; group of people." Freelance or a freelancer, is one person. This person usually works independently and is self-employed. But yes, you are correct in that they would most likely be moving from client to client as well.

Courses Plus Student 18,830 PointsHmmm, around 2:25, in the UX Careers video, she does mention that she does freelance and consulting, and has worked for other company types as well. But I don't think she meant that she has a consultant company, rather that she does consulting. I could be wrong though. However you could do both, work for a company (whether a consulting company or something else) and freelance at the same time.

The problem you were having in regards to getting your screenshot to show was that you did not have the correct image address, you had the address to the page but not the actual image. I right clicked on the image and selected "Copy Image Address" and pasted that in-between the parenthesis instead and voila! :)
