Why is my code wrong, Please help

What is wrong with the code .

ScrabblePlayer.java 
public class ScrabblePlayer {
    private String mHand;

    public ScrabblePlayer() {
        mHand = "";
    }

    public String getHand() {
       return mHand;
    }

    public void addTile(char tile) {
    boolean isTile = mHand.indexOf(tile) >= 0;
      mHand += tile;

    }

    public boolean hasTile(char tile) {

      if (isTile) {
         return true;
       }
      else {
        return false;
      }
    }

You need to pass a variable into the function and set it equal to the hand. Your constructor is just initializing an empty string every time you call it.
