Why is my laptop still slow, even after re-installing windows?

When I listen to the instructional video's here it get stuck every time.

This is what I did:

  • removed start programs in the task manager.
  • removed extensions in te browser
  • a scan with the virusscanner
  • got all the icon from the desktop screen
  • Closed programs that run in the background that I find after clicking on the arrow right below in the screen.
  • I only have three screens open. Two from teamtreehouse and another site wich doesn't use much memory.
  • re-installed windows 10

What else could it be?
