why is not appearing the workspace button related to this lesson?

in the video he said we must download the file, but the button is not showing in this part of the lesson and neither the last one.

I haven't done that particular course, but it looks like they want you to download the files in place of providing a workspace.

You can use this link to get directly to the downloads tab below the video.

If you prefer to work in workspaces, you can create a new environment on the main workspace page with New +. You may be able to copy the code from the download files into there as an alternative to working on your own machine.
