Why is the CSS Layout Techniques course not a part of the Front End Developer track?

I am just curious why the CSS Layout Techniques course isn't part of the Front End Web Dev track. I want to finish the front end dev track first, but I started int he design track just so I could do that course because I want to learn as much about CSS as possible.

Probably because a lot of time is served to CSS on the CSS Foundations course. There is so much material in that course alone.

Thanks for the replies. So I should just go ahead and complete the entire course, right? I am fascinated by CSS so I would like to soak up everything I can. Guil Hernandez, your CSS Deep Dive course is very well done. I am loving this site. Thanks!
