Why is the Treehouse App garbage on iPad Pro (since May or before)?

I love Treehouse, have been a paying member for at least a year now. In fact I love Treehouse so much, that I went out and spent over a grand on an iPad Pro setup so I could learn on the go.

The issue is the iOS Treehouse App has a gaping bug that should be clearly known by the company (as there is at least 20+ one star reviews on the App Store) and I and others have sent in support requests.

During quizzes when learning, text fields have an exposed "<code>$textfield</code>" tag and no user input is accepted, making it impossible to complete quizzes and challenges.

It's been at least two months now, there is absolutely no reason why this bug shouldn't be fixed as the App approval process seriously doesn't take this long. I was considering taking one of the Treehouse Techdegrees but don't feel comfortable investing that much yet into a company who doesn't seem to have their platform in order.

An update for 3.1 has been pushed out and is available now. This bug is fixed in the update. Sorry for such an inconvenience, we appreciate your patience and love!

Hate to be the one just to complain, but don't you think it's a pretty major shortcoming that the App doesn't work in Landscape mode on iPad now?

It's super frustrating as I actually cancelled by Treehouse account over it. I went out a few months ago and purchased an iPad Pro, with keyboard specifically for Treehouse courses and it's been a complete waste since purchase.

Would it be possible to get some reassurance that it'll be fixed and a timeline? Maybe ya'll should find a new iOS dev team?

Thank you for your feedback. The landscape issue was an oversight that we are working quickly to correct. The timeline is hopefully by the end of this week depending on review times.
