Android Build a Weather App (2015) Building the Weather UI Finishing the Lower Half

Why is the weather app view gets distorted on smaller screens

I created the weather app. But the view gets cutoff at top and bottom on smaller screens.. The refresh button and the summary note disappear and the view is quite weirdly organised. Is there a way to fix this out?
