why is this question thats supposed to teach me coding so badly coded that it doesn't even store my input to a qn

if i accidently click away from a question, it's gone.

I'm sorry for the frustration we caused you there.

One thing that works great for me is this: I code my answers to Code Challenges inside Workspaces first, and then copy the code into the Code Challenge. This allows me to see the errors in my code easier, and also store my answers for later review.
