Why is unchanged code from task 1 not passing task 2?

The first task is to create the isBatteryEmpty() method, and the second task is to create the isFullyCharged() method. I have completed the first task, but when I go to submit the second task, it says "Task 1 is no longer passing." Why is task 1 no longer passing if it passed the first time and it has not been changed?

GoKart.java
class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_BARS = 8;
  private String color;
  private int barCount;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    this.color = color;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return color;
  }

  public void charge() {
    barCount = MAX_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return barCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    return barCount == MAX_BARS;
}

Make sure you have a final closing bracket that ends the class GoKart
