9,607 PointsDo you have the bootstrap.min.css and bootstrap.min.js files in the respective css and js directories?
Those file paths are relative to the index.html file so without having them locally hosted, it won't be able to find them. You have jquery and the shim files hosted via CDN so they will work fine, but you'll need to do the same with the css and js files or upload those files to their respective directories in order for them to work.
I hope this helps? :)

6,041 PointsSo I need to make bootstrap a cdn?

9,607 PointsNot necessarily... you can create the files in the correct directories and it should work from there. For the sake of ease within workspaces, you'll probably be better to use a CDN but for any local based projects, i'd always have a self hosted version so that you can work on the site without NEEDING an internet connection.
