Why isn't my method working ?

I have to create a method and return a boolean value if the battery is empty . So if the battery is = to 0 return as true. Why doesn't my code work :(((((

public class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;


  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }

  public void charge() {
    mBarsCount = MAX_BARS;
  }
}


 public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return mBarsCount == 0;
  }

Your method needs to be inside the class. At the moment it sits outside of it.

Move it upwards to be underneath the charge method.
