Hi Abhishek,

I'm not a Treehouse teacher, so don't take my answer as an fact.

In webdesign Adobe Photoshop has always been the odd child. You can use it to optimize images for web, or even sketch the entire website in. However, in practice you find other software such as Axure, Adobe Illustrator and Sketch to be much more useful in webdesign. They are a lot more efficient and better applicable for web than photoshop will ever be.

Besides, as the name implies Photoshop is mainly used photo manipulation. And considering the Treehouse platform focusses on webdesign creating a course for Photoshop is probably somewhere on the bottom of their to-do-list.
