You're missing a parenthesis before Math.random; add that and it will work.

you might also want to reformat your code like this, so it's easier to read:

function callRandom() { 
    var randomNumber = Math.floor( (Math.random() * 6) + 1); 
    alert(randomNumber); 
}

callRandom();
