An easy miss. It's a Pep8 thing, you should have 2 empty lines before and after a function, so you need one more space between app = and @app. Nice work!

from flask import Flask

app = Flask(__name__)

@app.route('/')
def index():
    return 'Hello Flask'

if __name__ == '__main__':
    app.run(port=8000, host='0.0.0.0')
