Why my image don't change when i refresh the site?

I used https://placeimg.com/ to copy and past the link at the image tag, but it shows always the same image.

Why?

How can i do to change every time at the web site is refreshed

The image could be cached in your browser. Trying hitting Ctrl + F5 on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac.
