In previous video, it ask us to embed normalize.css to solve browser consistence. Why we don't need to embed in this video?

It's there! Just inside the CSS folder which is collapsed in his screen, so we don't see the files inside. :)

The normalize file is not mandatory. However, many people include it, like you said, to solve some browser inconsistency issues. Maybe he solved that in another way?
