why not use a database?

Couldn't we integrate the facts as a kind of database, so that i don't have to hardcode them into the app?

We eventually separate them into a new class called "FactBook". Keep watching and you'll get to it :)

yes but i want it more dynamic, so that i can add more facts to the app, without the need of an update of the app

I think the reason for this is that in the course are covered the basics of the Android Programming and using a database may be more complicated. Just a guess tho.
