Why not use GetLocationAt for HasScored property instead?

For the HasScored property, instead of checking _pathStep >= _path.Length, which requires changing the Path class, can't we instead use GetLocationt() since this already returns null if the Invader has reached the end of the path? Somethig like this:

public bool HasScored => _path.GetLocationAt(_pathStep) == null;
