Why the rest of the images remain static if i select img (all) in css. only first 3 rotate. can someone explain?

I guess it is because the .photo-overlay is positioned absolutely in the container where img and .photo-overlay are siblings which is over powering it, If you remove the Position: absolute from the .photo-overlay the Img will move
