Why this code isn't correct?

I'm doing a challange in python basics, bellow should be my code, when i run it the console just tell's me "Bummer! Try again!", I tried in different ways and nothing let me pass this challange, help please!

squared.py

# squared("tim") would return "timtimtim"

def squared(num):
  try:
    num = int(num)

  except TypeError:

:point_right: You're looking for a TypeError, but a failed numeric conversion throws a ValueError.
