why this is not working

not working did u define hours method

class Store:
  close= 8
  open = 2

  def hours(self):
    str= "Were open from {} to {}.".format(self.Open,self.close)
    return str

You need to add an apostrophe to we're in your format sentence and you need to change the case on self.open... It should be lower-case.
